1. An exploration of the body's bioenergy and how to use it to heal yourself and others who suffer from mental or physical health problems. It also applies to problems due to work related stress from professional activity. We will share self-care techniques and personalized support.
2. A selection of yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques to relax the body and calm the mind in order to optimize learning days. As you learn to reduce stress, your health will be reinforced and true healing process will initiate which will lead to the construction of projects for daily life and organizational spaces.
3. An in-depth process to discover your natural personality, which will give greater clarity to your life projects. By understanding this unique nature you will have a global and more accurate view of your work, your relationships, your talents and the enormous potential to change your personal and collective environment. This will help you design and initiate a healthy lifestyle in which you will experience a sense of well-being everyday and everywhere.
4. An experience of "Nada Yoga" (the yoga of music and sound). The understanding of vibration and sound as fundamental elements of our energy will help us live in harmony in nature and with our natural being.

Jivasu is the founder of Naturality movement. Naturality is ‘to live according to our nature’ and ‘to walk our own path’. On the path of Naturality you are neither religious nor spiritual but natural.
By training Jivasu is a medical doctor from India. He with his wife Karen, a Canadian doctor, served on a voluntary basis for thirteen years in the villages of Indian Himalayas. Later on he earned a diploma in acupuncture from Sri Lanka and McMaster University, Canada. He was also trained in mind-body medicine from Harvard University, USA.
Currently Jivasu is teaching Naturality based programs in Canada and India and other countries. He is an instructor in mind-body medicine and acupuncture training courses for health professionals in McMaster University, Hamilton.
He is the author of many books including: Naturality, Meditation: A Path of Relaxation, Awareness and Expansion of Awareness.
A native of the Greater Himalayas, with a Master’s degree in Yoga from the Uttaranchal Sanskrit University (Haridwar campus), Bhuwan Chandra is a recognized professional Indian Classical Musician and nada yogi. In 2008, he founded the Nad Yoga Trust to spread his knowledge on nada yoga and then began to organize the annual International Yoga and Music Festival. He has participated actively in yoga festivals, seminars and music concerts all over India and abroad. Enriched by with this experience and having understood the intricate connection of between music and the body chakra mechanism, he has created a holistic approach to yoga through the science of music (Nada), thus bringing a fresh approach to the yoga sequences.
Through intensive research on Nada Yoga, he has developed various new techniques to enrich the yogic experience. His Sitar performance can incite the innermost sentiments and invigorate the nadis (nerve centres).
Bhuwanji is one of the few qualified guides able to conduct you through the practical elements of Nada Yoga.
